Webminister: Responsible for maintaining and controls the content of a group's website. Also files quarterly reports to regional and kingdom.
A & S Minister: the North Woods MOAS collects the local canton reports and compiles a single report from them 4 times a year and attends the baronial council meetings, which are also 4 times a year. Most of my time as MOAS has been spent reminding people that local reports are due, following up on any missing reports, and a couple of hours putting together my own report. My report is submitted via email then to the regional MOAS, The Baronial Seneschal, and the Baron and Baronesses. I have been told that the most helpful/useful part of this report is nominating people to watch for awards—whether baronial or Kingdom. (Description given by current MOAS Fujinami no Kaede-hime)
Chatelaine: An officer in charge of greeting, welcoming and helping new members of the Society. This office reports twice a year.
